It shows Tax Reg.no and tax identifier no but these do not contain the VAT number when added by editing customer
If you're using spreadsheets to record invoices and bills, and wish to start using QuickBooks to track them going forward, you can import them into QuickBooks using our Import Invoice and Import Bill functionality. Under edit I can add a VAT number for the customer, but it won't display in customer details. A Custom Field I populate under edit Customer appears in 2 places under company details
I am using spreadsheet sync to update customer invoices but keep getting a message showing error - no data available. The invoices are uploaded correctly and I have over 3,000 invoices a year. Does anyone else have the same problem?
I have set-up a workflow for a supplier bill approval but workflow is not sending the bill for approval. The invoice states it needs approval but the flag shows it still needs to be sent. I am creating the invoice and I am the primary admin and my colleague who is admin needs to be the approver. Does anyone know why the bill is not being sent for approval?
We love the inventory management and how stock links with stock asset invoices, however we need an easier way to conduct stock and to be able to scan products to generate an invoice to ensure the correct products are being invoices for. Do quickbooks do something themselves or are there any compatible add ins that work well?
Can QuickBooks calculate agents/ brokers commission due when they sell a product or introduce a customer? If not is there a bolt on that is recommended?

I have 4 companies with QBO, and one of them I have opened to find almost every page blank except for the heading. All Clients and Suppliers have vanished. Can you help?
Can I save my information before closing account?
I have a lot of sub-catagories under one catagory and I am not worried about them having attachments. Is there are way to export all other expenses? Exporting only gives sub-catagory names as far as I can see. It is therefore a lot of work to keep exporting and checking progress.
I have the CSV file to upload the transactions again but I made loads of notes on a lot of the transactions I categorised and I'm hoping to find these again!
