Hi guys. I can’t open QuickBooks no matter what I try. Through different internet platforms. Emptied cache. Private browser. It won’t open. I have to do my quarterly vat return now. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone please help??
We use Quickbooks Simple Start online and saving products as non stock items as stock tracking is not required. We recently updated some of our prices as cost prices had increased. We now want to update the selling prices as we enter the updated price when creating a sales receipt. Is this even possible or do we manually have to enter the prices individually through the Products page as others have complained about in other forums. Is it also correct that we cannot download a copy of the products, and the data to a spreadsheet, update the prices and then upload it back without creating a duplicate product. If so it seems a bit silly that we are stuck to manually adjusting prices.

Hi, I oversee grant management for a UK-based charity (turnover approx £5m, with 40 active grants). I would love to know if anyone has any advice on how to produce donor reporting via QuickBooks? Each of our individual grants are set up as Classes in our system. We are able to run reports for each grant (Class) very easily, but these detail costs against the headings in our chart of accounts, and not against the individual budget lines that donors might need us to report against, which can vary from grant to grant. Donor budget lines for a given activity might involve costs allocated to several different categories in our chart of accounts and vice versa. E.g. we might need to report on a workshop that involves venue costs, travel costs, material costs etc. At the moment, we have to do the donor reporting manually in Excel using the data produced by Class and transactions listed by chart of accounts which we then organise into the relevant donor headings. Is there a way
On transferring from desktop to online we had to try a few times to get info across some info went over twice so had to make same customer duplicated one inactive or void. I need to delete totally its a real pain. Quick books please allow us to totally and completely delete a customer. This is being requested a lot.....
