How do i activate view my paycheck?

I keep getting messages saying We weren't able to show your payroll info. I have tried the trouble shooting and cleared my browser history. I continue to get the same message

Allow me to share some insights about this problem. The Workforce error "We weren't able to show your payroll info", is currently tagged as an ongoing issue for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are working internally with the fixes so we can't provide the exact turnaround time on when this will be resolved.

 

We instead send live updates about the status of the investigation through email. To add your account to the notification list, please contact our Support Team.

 

Live Support are available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM til 3:00 PM on Saturday. If you can't reach us during this time, you can request a callback so you won't have to wait on the line.

 

Please provide the investigation number INV-44024 to our representatives.


Also, here are some workarounds recommended by our engineers. First, ensure there are no special characters in the employee's name. You can also try re-sending the invitation to a different email address.

Need Assistance

My Employer has sent me an invitation to view my paystubs on line.  I have attempted to follow all the prompts but I keep getting an error saying "there is problem on our end".  I am prompted to get another verification code and do the process all over again.  I do and get the same message.  Its a never-ending loop and still unable to set up my account and view my stubs.  

 

can someone offer some guidance?

Rest assured, our engineers are all on hands to resolve this error so you can view the paystubs online.

 

As a workaround, you can ask your employer to send another invitation with a different email address.

 

Afterward, I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so you'll be added as one of the affected users.

Let's get you to log back into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.

 

It's a security feature for our users that you can trigger with several failed login attempts. In this situation, you can continue to log in via a captcha code that appears. 

 

If this doesn't work, please refer to this article: Reset your password or recover your user ID for QuickBooks Online. It's a list of steps you can take to create a new password.

Thank you for joining the thread. Viewing paystubs online is the most convenient way to check your salary. I’ll guide you on how to set this up, and how you can view your stubs.

 

First, you can ask your employer to send you an invitation to view your paystubs online.

 

Second, you will accept the invitation to set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.

 

Third, after the setup, you can view your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce.

 

Lastly, if you're experiencing the issue mentioned in the previous replies, please contact our Workforce Chat Team so they can assist you further using more tools. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PST.

Let me help you access the paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO), NishasNyahs1243.

 

We can access the Paycheck List. to see all the paychecks created in QBO. We can also print them if you need to have a hard copy. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports on the left side menu.
  2. From the search icon at the left corner, type Paycheck List.
  3. Select the paycheck you want to print by putting a checkmark in the box.
  4. Tick the Print button. Then it will appear in the PDF viewer.
  5. Tap the printer icon in the PDF viewer.
  6. Choose your printer in the Destination drop-down.
  7. Press Print.

You only see paystubs from your previous job because your new employer hasn't added you yet to their WorkForce account setup. In this situation, you'll want to reach out to your employer and ask them to invite you to their QuickBooks Workforce. This way, you can access new paystubs from your new job.

 

After your employer adds you to their setup, you'll receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. Once done, you can add your personal information to the system.
