Is there a way to Efile a ROE without having to register and wait for an authorization code to be mailed out to me? How long will this take and is there any other way?
ran my wagepoint pay run today and it is showing as processing. also got an email from quickbooks that we ar eligible for payroll subsidy. can you please tell me how to cancel our current pay run and run it again with the subsidy applied?
Good afternoon, Due to this virus, our employees are receiving little to no hours. Our company would like to offset those hours they are missing. Would I increase the hours allotted to them for Sick/Personal Pay or would I set up a different Payroll List item to better keep track of the hours paid during this time? Thank you for your help.
I deactivate a payroll schedule. How do I go back and reactivate a payroll schedule?
I have an employee being laid off, last day Friday March 20. Last pay period ended the day before, Thursday March 19. I run payroll through QB bi-weekly (next pay period March 20 - April 2). I am unable to process ROE without paying employee final pay cheque for 1 day of work. My option for Box 12 'Final Pay Period Ending Date' cannot be changed, currently March 19; should be April 2, so I can capture the one day of work. Is there a way to process ROE now, or do I have to payout this employee first?
