I need to correct two employees deductions that is over six months old by issuing new pay cheques with the corrected deductions. Quickbooks won't allow me to make new paycheques past 6 months old. Is there a way to do this?
Hi all. Is there a way to use the QB printed computer cheques for payroll rather than manual paper cheques? The options given are direct deposit or manual cheque only. I would like to use computer cheques so I don't have to write them manually and save some time. Similar to a bill payment. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance. Matt

We have multiple company credit cards and the occasional use of it for personal expenses. Is there a way, when recording the relevant transaction, to record it into Employee Advances with the correct employee identified so that it's easy to deduct it from their next pay cheque?

We don't use paper cheques for employees. When we run payroll we only need to print paystubs as we do an EFT for each employee on our bank to pay them. Is there a way to get rid of the "to print" status on paycheques without manually entering EFT in the cheque number field after we run our payroll?
I am looking to add a custom checklist onto my Quickbooks Time clock-in/out menu that is required AFTER the employee has signed out. I am looking to achieve a "Before you go" or "Reminder" function (ie. did you grab tools from site, clean up, count installed items, etc) Is that possible?

How do I get ride of WSIB that has been setup on an employee in error? The employee is exempt. Intuit has, so far, been of NO help.
