I am a beginner of QB.. I need to set up the beginning balances for my balance sheet account to start with the recording for the current year. How ill I do that?
Is the fed and state taxes filed and paid automatically? Or do I file as I use to ( on state and fed website)?Can I choose to "run payroll" today and it not draft from our business account till paydate?Will QB also run my sales and use tax? And my Unemployment?
We are automobile dealers.We need to create different voucher types like vehicle sales, spare parts sales,spare parts warranty etc.All these vouchers would require a different series of numbers.This is a statutory requirement too. How do we do this on QB?

We have been using QB Desktop (Enterprise Services 2015) for almost 8 years and are now considering switching to the Cloud version. However we are based in mainland China and have a few concernsAre there any users here who use Quickbooks Cloud in mainland China? If yes, would be great if you could share any experiences, especially with regards to 1) Speed in mainland China, as there are no QB servers hosted in China2) Chinese language support, as not all of our accounting team can speak English and for those who do, using English is slow3) Any other resources in China you would suggest4) Want to go for a cup of tea in Beijing or Shanghai?
