In the sales receipt forms there are 3 shipping fields, Ship Via, Shipping Date and Tracking No. If I create a new invoice, open an existing invoice or payment for an invoice these fields are missing. I have the shipping setting turned on. I have seen several examples of QBO showing these fields in invoice forms. How do I enable this?

QBO has just upgraded its "Search" function. I want to search transactions by an exact "Reference number" only, but the results shows a lot of related transactions that I don't need and make me confused. Please help with this

Log in otp is getting to the mobile phone is very delayed and sometime the accountants are not getting the otp to log in to the website. it could be better if they are sending the OTP to the email also

This field needs to show up both on the invoice and the statement. I made contact with your startup support team and they confirmed that this can be done with the next version up. How can we upgrade my client's trial to this version so that we can test that this works before committing to paying for QB Online?
