Now, I have got a mail stating that INTUIT has renewed my subscription by charging my card account. In fact, I have not used quickbooks for more than 3 months and have no plans to renew the subscription. There was no call from anyone and they have just debited by card account. How to get the refund as I will not be using their product going forward.

Hithe administrator send me the invitation of quickbooks, but when I clicked the link, it say:An unexpected problem occurred on the server during your request. You can:Wait a while and try again. The problem could be temporary and may be resolved in a few minutes.Modify what you're doing (for example, if you are trying to create a report, customise it to display less data).If you continue to have problems, contact Support.Please use your browser's BACK button to continue using QuickBooks. I tried 2 days and use different email address to ask for invitation, but same thing happened.
An issue that I have been facing with QuickBooks Online. I have recently started using QuickBooks as our accounting platform for our hotel business, and we have noticed that we are not getting the Grand Total on our printed invoices.Even though we can see the Group Subtotal and Grand Total on the screen, when we print the invoice, the Grand Total is missing. I have contacted your support team, and they have attempted to resolve the issue by using a screen share session. However, this did not work, and I was advised to send feedback so that the engineers could review and add these features.As a hotel business, it is crucial for us to have the Grand Total on our printed invoices, and the absence of this feature is causing significant inconvenience for our operations. We are concerned that this issue may force us to switch to a different accounting platform.

We started our business last year and we are very aware we should have got a separate business banking account. Alas, we didn't for a few months. So now I have a few months of bank statements with comingled transactions of business and personal. Do I simply upload the entire CSV and go from there, distinguishing the transactions, or only upload the business transactions. Searching for this answer has resulted in no results... Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks

Currently, when I am in a Project and go to the Transactions tab, the view has a default filter limiting transactions to the last 365 days. Can I change this default to show all transactions?
