how to update the card billing
I set up my client books but they have no access, how do i set them up so they can log in and run reports, etc. This should be basic but it's so difficult to find stuff like this.
I've already tried trying to find the country setting in the address settings and couldn't find it
The card has been used many times in the past for subscription pmts. Note that this is a credit card issued in Trinidad & Tobago. When trying to update the card or re-add the card QB is asking for state and zip code which is not applicable to this situation. Has something changed in the credit card pmt requirements? I have been on this same plan for years with no issue with CC pmts.
