I am having problems with the Intuit Contact Centres, and when I post factual statements on this forum, they are being removed. Can somebody from Intuit please contact me regarding this?
I (as I have mentioned before) have been forced onto QB Online. To say it's inadequate is an understatement. This new issue is one that is not an issue in QB Desktop. I enter a Purchase Order, when goods received, I then enter the Bill. In Desktop, when you view the Bill, there is a column that shows you the originating Purchase Order Number. You can also click the Transaction History button, and this opens a history window allowing you to click directly in the originating Purchase Order.I have migrated my data into QB Online, my question is; From the Bill in Online, how can I find the originating Purchase Order? There is no button linking to the PO for migrated transactions in the same way that there is newly entered transactions as detailed above. If this is a bug, and not resolvable, as many of my other issues have been, will you continue to keep my Desktop copy unlocked for free of charge? Just started using Quick-books and it looks amazing + it saves loads of time, but there is one thing that I am not entirely sure about and sorry in advance if this has been answered before. When I mark my transactions as Business/Split/Personal, do I still need to have a physical/digital copy of the actual transaction? Fore example if I bought some tools on Amazon or eBay, would I need to upload my digital receipt onto the "Quick-books" or just marking the transaction as "business" is enough? What about physical receipts? (only related to the purchases from my bank account, to my understanding if I paid in cash then I would definitely need to have a copy of that receipt right?)Thanks!
