I have deleted all the connected accounts and connected them multiple times - each time it has these 2 accounts somehow linked. The balances show correct. They are connected properly. The transactions for the CHQ account keep showing as SAV account transactions ready for review...
It says to go Account and Settings then Advanced. There is supposed to be an option Display. I don't have that.
I have QBO and trying to receive 3rd party timekeeping into QB. It only integrates as far as a report-does not enter into job or payroll.Does anyone have a system they use which works seamlessly with QBO in this regard?We are currently using CorFix.Thank you,Stephanie

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a formula to calculate the gross (before deductions) of a bonus when all I have is the net amount. Net bonus is $11000.00 And employee earns $8000.00 gross per month. It would be simple if I was working with the gross amount of the bonus, but I'm trying to work backwards. I've tried putting in an estimated gross amount of the bonus in CRA source deductions along with the gross salary of $8000.00 but the numbers coming back for the net bonus of $11000.00 don't seem right. There is a website called Avanti that will do the calculation but it's only up to 2022. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks !judy
I entered all my expenses and income but cant find the reports and the tax calculation is incorrect.
I just installed QB Premier 2021 (desktop). I activated it and now want to restore from a backup. Every time I click on the restore button or drop down menu, it takes me to the activation screen and asks me to activate again. I have done so several times, but it keeps going back to the same screen. How do I override that so that I can restore my company?
I am looking into QB Desktop Premier Plus 2024. I need the Inventory Assembly feature to set up a BOM for the finished goods I sell. Does Premier Plus 2024 have this feature?Andrew

Hi, When I go to create an invoice & enter the customer's name, a box pops up with open Sales Orders that I can use to create the invoice, but I want to get rid of these.(Pic 1) They were created about 4 employees ago as a trial way to create internal PO's. We have since customized our estimates & use those regularly (& convert them to invoices) but I cannot figure out how to get rid of the old sales orders. When I google, it talks about going to the edit tab, then preferences, then the sales & customer tab & company preferences, but when I do this, there is nothing about sales orders.(Pic 2) Other answers say to access from the home screen, just above estimates, but there is nothing there either.(Pic 3) Does anyone have any ideas? I have looked in every possible place I can think of to find the sales orders, with no success. Thank you!

I can add all the other transaction dates just fine. It's only one day that generates this error.
I am missing some, but not all, transactions from my bank account and from one of my credit cards. I tried to follow the steps found in this community, such as here. However, I receive an error stating that all the transactions I am trying to upload (which include the missing transactions) are duplicates and cannot be uploaded. I would guess that I have a filter somewhere that is hiding some transactions, but not others. How can I fix this?

Dear community,We have many kinds of pay rates for our field crew members. Many types of pay rate already pay out vacation time. Only two types of work hours, regular hourly and holiday hourly, qualify for vacation accrual calculation. Is there a way I can set it up? thank you very much!
Is there a way to merge 2 quickbooks accounts. Without entering in everything manually and then canceling the other account.
My bank is RBC, and I'm not able to download this date range into cvs or qbo files and try to attempt this manually.
All my bank accounts are missing 3 months transactions. Should be auto feed. How do I get them back other than the option of downloading transactions again?
