Hi community, We are setting up QB online and I need information on rent-to-own bookkeeping. Part of our sales are based on the rent-to-own principle, on average 36 or 48 installments. How does one book this many installments in advance for coming years? How do you go about sending invoices & reminders to clients via Quickbooks? As we are based in Aruba, we have to comply with local legislation which is in Dutch, our company's native language I find it a bit challenging to work with QB. Quick Books is used by 95% of all companies and large accounting firms, hence our choice.
Hi there, I want to renew my subscription. I am using quickbooks online since 2 years & paid for it annually. Now my subscription is renew it but it is showing for 3 years. Previously I had paid Rs.4999+GST annually. Now it is showing Max 36000 for 3 years. I am not able to understand. Can you please help me. Thanks.
QuickBooks 2019 Professional desktop. I created a new payment term with incorrect description and want to delete it but can't find an option to delete or modify the term. It has never been applied to an estimate or invoice. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have been looking through the API docs and noticed there is an "exchangerate" object. However, in both Stitch and Fivetran documentation for QuickBooks connectors I do not see an exchangerate table? I know exchange rate is only recorded in your QB profile if you elect to record more than one currency. I am working with data right now that is only on one currency; however, as it seems we will expand and have transactions in another currency I want to be prepared if I will be able to reference an exchangerate object for exchange rates? Or will I need to get all exchange rate information via the transaction tables (journal entry, bill, sales receipt, etc.)? Also on this topic of exchange rates, are they updated each day to reflect the current exchange rate between the currencies or is it static for the date of the transaction? For example, if a transaction occurred in EUR in April, will the exchange rate to USD listed in the table stay the same, or will it update each day for
