Class Action Lawsuit against Intuit. I am currently collecting names and business to file a class action lawsuit. Email me.

My $20,000 in deposits are being held and have not been released.  I now understand after reading the same story over and over, that this has happened repeatedly to others and Intuit  has no intention of releasing my deposits quickly.  It has damaged my business.  


 I am collecting customers and stories to file a class action lawsuit against Intuit.   

I am encouraging anyone who has had Quicken hold deposits to send me an email at [removed].  I am current compiling facts and customers to file a class action lawsuit against Intuit.  This must stop.  


I will be posting and reposting this on all social media.

    My 500 bean held since August for no reason  an no one can help..it was my rent money I ha d to live in car for 2 months

    It isn't the kind of experience I'd like you to have, @DGILL1983.

     

    Let me share information about funds on hold with QuickBooks Online.

     

    We'll evaluate the payments if QuickBooks detects anything unusual, which puts the deposits on hold. And whenever a problem arises, we'll email you about it. The email will typically reach you within two business days. I advise getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments team to check the progress of the payment deposit since it's taking longer than that.

     

    Since it's been for months now, and we can't open your account here in the Community as it is a public forum, I recommend reaching our Payments Support team again. They can check your account in a secure environment and investigate further about this issue.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Click the Help (?) icon.
    2. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
    3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
    4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
    5. Choose how you'll want to get in touch with the support.
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a call back from the next available expert.

     

    After reviewing them, the funds will post automatically into your bank account.

    This statement is not true at all!

    A hacker stolle on the payments side over 27,000.00 and now they want me to pay for their mistake.

    The cloud is so unsecure. It is criminal what they are doing to me

    Migrate to ZOHOBooks before they scam you out of money!

    Yes I am wanting a class action lawsuit against Quickbooks Intuit.  It has combined scams and phishing with the business model for service.  Check into who is selling all the shares and not buying and you may find the people at the top are running the company eventually into the ground.  Customer support transfers and transfers you so your head is spinning and then you are paying for services that mean nothing and unfortunately your bank business credit card customer service takes care of the problem for you.

    Per our Community Terms of Service: 

     

    "Intuit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit or remove any Postings on the Site containing phone numbers, street or email addresses or otherwise personally identifying information as it cannot verify such information or confirm the desire of said information to be posted by the individual to which this information pertains."

     

    As Community Manager I have gone through this thread and removed all email and phone numbers that have been posted in accordance with our Terms of Service as listed above.  I have also removed several posts that were direct copy and pastes of previous responses on the thread.  Continued posting of the exact same messages over and over is considered spam and users who continue to do so can face temporary or permanent bans from the site.  

     

    We are not going to close this thread at this point, but we will continue to enforce the Community Terms of Service.

    Hello, I would love to join.  I have multiple cases of them doing this and feeing me on top of this.  I have proof of money missing and transactions changed.  Recorded calls from over 10 members admitting that they don't take payments over the phone, ive been ignored for months of requesting collectoins reach out to me (the one department that can do anything).  At this point QB owes me money, has damaged my business by holding at once point over 40,000.  It is forcing me to close my doors, I will be filing my own lawsuit as well.
