QuickBooks debits my account twice every month. When I first signed up, I accidentally signed up on the US portal. I then cancelled that account and opened up one on the SA portal. Now I am still being debited by QuickBooks for the US account and there's no way of contacting them or logging into the account because it has been deleted. Please help, as QuickBooks offers no assistance?
My quickbooks accountant online settings is for USA instead of SA. Apparently I had to select SA when I first signed on; I thought there is only 1 product for all countries. Now all the companies that I created have the USA settings. Is there away to change it? Or maybe a different solution to my problem?

Something's not quite right You need to select a different type of account for this transaction.
I have been asking for help for a whole MONTH, and the engineers have not fixed the issue.
I cant seem to find clarity on this specific scenario - the best I have found is under the FIFO information but not clear....Currently have inventory loaded of medical wristbands eg: 10 bands @ R50 ea New stock arrived and I want to load additional 10 bands but these were at a R60 cost eachIf I use the edit function on the Products and Services Inventory list it only gives me the option to adjust the original starting value. Is there another function to load new stock at a different cost? Thanks
Hi, I'm trying to import my stock from Ebay into Quickbooks via an Excel file. I have used the standard file that QB supply and filled in all of the data. When I try to upload it it says there has been 2 errors highlighted in red. One is description which I can easily resolve but the other is in the sales price? It shows it in red but doesn't tell me whats wrong? I have tried it with the £ sign and without but still shows as red? Please see attached screenshot. Any ideas what I'm missing? Many thanks Iain
there are 10 transactions that were imported from my bank account, but because I entered the wrong date I need the other transactions to come into quickbooks without affectiong my balance
