As the Biils are already paid in the current year, when you generate a supplier balance report till Dec 2020, it does not show the complete total owed till that date. This is why the accounta payable in the trial balance as at 31/12/2020 is different from the Supplier Balance report at the same date...
hello I am new to the quickbook, my field is construction, can anyone tell me how to view detailed item quantity reports from purchasing orders issued on each project, this feature is very important in knowing what item quantities are spent on each project . I'm able to see on Report menu at Puchases by product/services detail the item quantity that have purchased, but not divided into each project. Thanks guys ...
