I have several templates but the one i use least is the one that automatically loads when i go to create a new invoice; how do i get QB to automatically load the template I use the most?
I have set up hundreds of recurring templates to automatically send invoices to our clients every day. (We send about 10 a day on average.)I think when these templates were set up we didn't have the invoices attached as a PDF in the email, you had to click the link to download the invoice. Almost all our customers have asked if it can be sent as a PDF attachment instead. I have gone into the account setting and ticked the box to attach a copy of the invoice, see screenshot attachment. However this has not worked. The system will not override what has already been set up, it only applies this setting to new templates set up since changing the setting. At the moment the only way I can get around this is by deleting the original recurring invoice template and creating a new one which is taking me soo long. Is there a possible fix to this? The structure of the Audit log screen has changed recently. The old log showed significantly more data as below: The new log is below: The Customize button does not offer any additional columns to the 4 shown above. I have looked at it using an Incognito window and it is the same. How do I get back to the old audit log structure as I used the Date column to track late adjustments?

I'm sure that before today, when I clicked on "Audit Log", one of the columns showed the Audit log ID - but today I can't see the audit log ID unless I view each transaction one by one... What am I missing?

When applying a small credit to an invoice, the default action in green at the bottom right is 'Save and New' this used to be (preffered) 'Save and Close'. In the past these options have defaulted to the last used choice, but that doesn't seem to be happening any longer for this particuler instance. Is there a setting somewhere to change this?
