I have tried the help button, doesn't work, and in an answer to a similar question it appears that the self employed versions and company versions differ hugely, even in as much as I have no option to leave feedback in settings! I absolutely need to add my address to invoices, and am surprised that this is not standard. Please advise, thanks.
Hi there, I emailed an invoice to a customer 30 days ago. I chased a week later and they said they hadn't had it so I sent it again. They said they didn't have it again. I sent it to myself (worked fine so don't know what the issue is, their email is correct, maybe in their spam?) downloaded the pdf and emailed from my email address rather than send from the app. They're now trying to pay 30 days form the date they received it, rather than the invoice date. How do I show them proof that I sent it to the correct address direct through the app on the original date? Many thanks
Is there anyone that can give me any advice on setting up a Lease Hire contract in Quickbooks Desktop for the lease of a lorry as have spoken to intuit support and they didnt have a clue what i was on about !
Apologise in advance if this has been asked already, but I am new to this. Is there a way that invoices are automatically marked as paid when the client makes the payment through the link you have sent them? I still find I am having to go into my bank account and add everything up to make sure I have been paid, I use multiple invoices for the client and not one large invoice as projects take different time scales. I have tried everything shot at me by respondents: Page bottom and top margins are already set to min 0.5"; page size is set to A4 on printer; Fit to page is selected; Adobe Reader has been updated; Been advised to contact Technical Support. Much time spent on solutions churned out automatically which were clearly not going to work. (Footer note also appears on both pages) Please please advise.
I manually uploaded a few and they have correctly arrived in UK£. Am I stuck with the automatically uploaded ones?
Mean to say why are now called Journals?
