Good Afternoon, We are preparing for the launch of amazon so at the current moment from an invoicing and finance point of view we are looking for a robust, automated application which links both Amazon and QuickBooks and integrates the two of them. The app must be able to automatically create amazon invoices! Please suggest applications
Hi! Hoping someone may be able to help with this: We use GoCardless to collect monthly recurring payments over a set period and need to link customer payments/installments to the one invoice number in Quickbooks to match information across our business systems. We have the GC App installed and have been testing to see if it will fit in with what we need it to (currently the whole manual reconcilaition process between receiving payments and recording this manually in QB's is taking ages) I have a bespoke backend admin panel on my website that will generate the invoice first (we then enter these details into QB's) We want to use the GC app DD system within QB's to manage/sync the direct debit process with GC but are having difficulties keeping all info the same between the 2 systems. When QB's auto-generates the next receipt/invoice it uses the next sequential invoice number available. We need any sales receipt/DD payment to be recorded against the 1 invoice to keep n
Hi, Very new to quick book and I wish to connect PayPal to my quick books account but I wish to disable PayPal from sending out invoices to any of my customers as they already receive an invoice from my e-commerce website, is this possible? Thanks in advance Garrrie
Hi, I have used the program PMS hotel, I can export data to XML file. Can I import the XML file into QBO? In QuickBooks Online function import data show only .csv file.
I don’t see the Apps tab in QBO. Is Apps only available to QBO Accountants? What if one does not have a set of books linked to a QBO Accountant? What if there is a QBO Accountant. How does he link the App to the QBO client? Intuit must give clarity in a lot of things but unfortunately it gives vague and confusing understanding, including in the area mentioned herein (Apps).

Afternoon, My Iphone app, which I use mainly for reciepts has suddenly started asking me to take up a discount payment offer. It will not let me either do this or take another option of a months free trial. I have signed in with the same details for the desktop, which are fine, but here I cannot get any further without setting up a new payment thing, which I do not want to. There is no <no thanks> button to take me to my normal account.I have deteted the app and turned it off and back on again. There is no ussue with my payments at the moment and its doesnt happen on my wifes Ipad.
