When I try to sign in to QB Self-Employed through my Google business account, I receive an error message. However, I am still able to use QB Self-Employed on the mobile app.

A week ago, I initiated the Copy process. It started and then sat at 0% progress for 4 days before failing. I contacted support after 12 hours and was told that this was an internal problem and the Product Engineers were working on it. I was told to give this 2-3 days and I would be put on an email list when there was an update. I have continued to contact support. I keep being told that the Product Engineers are working on it. I have never received any updates. I was led to believe this past friday (3/28/25) that the problem was address. I initiated the Copy function once again, which now has remained stuck at 12% progress for the past 24 hours. At this point, I do not believe I am getting any honest answers from QuickBooks. As a company, as much as we do not want to do this, we are reaching the point where we are going to look for alternative solutions to QuickBooks Online. The case number is 1513447040 and the investigation is INV-121123
I logged on to my QB self employed account and all my data is gone with exception of 1 single invoice out of MANY! Entire company file seems to be gone! the program was recently updated and changed all my formatting and saved invoice templates. Now this. Sooooo frustrating! I need to complete my billing asap. Help!
I have QB Online Accountant, have two businesses I manage, one is a retail business and the other is a 501(c)3 non-profit (no payroll). Both businesses were original set up in QB Desktop. I migrated the retail business some time back but continued to use QB desktop for the non-profit (not many transactions, no payroll)I want to migrate the non-profit to QB Online, but when I tried to bring the file in, QB Online said it was past the 180 days allowed to migrate. What do I need to do?Patrick

QB is taking correct tax and putting portion in non taxable even though it is fully taxable. Why?
We need to extend the 'Customer, Vendor, and Other Names' field to 60 characters. The names we handle exceed the 41 characters allowed and cannot be abbreviated or shortened due to billing issues and BCP.The limitation in this field is causing issues when interfacing between QB and AceSuite, as it is not possible to register the full name in QB.
I have been using QB Desktop for about 7-8 years. My current version is Desktop Pro 2024 and my subscription is paid through next month (April). I understand that it will be discontinued after May 31, 2025. Earlier this week when tried to open the program I got a pop-up message indicating that the Primary Administrator for that Intuit account was for an email address for which I no longer have access. It was an old email address in a company that I sold last year. As a result, I seem to be locked out of the program and don’t know how to edit or update the Primary Administrator. I imagine I should try to contact someone in the Intuit support department to resolve this issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Your suggestions are appreciated! Thanks.

I've gone into "Manage Users" and don't see access for that. Currently, everytime I'm timed out I have log back in with username
Whenever the system asks me to log into a recently logged-in account (I don't have a screenshot right now but I'll be able to get one at some point) that login fails after I put in my password. I'm using Chrome. When that happens, I can go to an incognito window and the login always works. Then it starts working in the regular browser once the cookies have expired. I don't really have time to troubleshoot this, and it's easy to work around, but it's still annoying and has been an issue for many months.
