I downgraded my QB Online plan from Essentials ($55/mo) to Plus ($30/mo) a few weeks back, received the confirmation that the plan had been successfully changed (I have a screenshot), that I would be credited for the current pay period (since I made the change in the middle of it), and would start getting billed the new plan rate on 11/19. However I was just charged the Essentials plan rate again on 11/19. It is difficult to contact QB on this specific issue, at least I was unable to find a way, it kept looping me back to the community which was not helpful. I need to talk with someone in the Account Subscription department. Anyone know how I can do that? Side note, ironically I started paying about the same amount for the Essentials Plan ($35/mo) when I signed up in 2018 as I will eventually be paying now for the downgraded Plus plan. Plan prices have almost doubled in 4 years. Sign of the times I guess!
I am having a terrible time getting used to online version after using desktop for over 20 years. I was advised when I began having problems that I could get support moving data back to desktop. The quality of support does not seem the same as I am used to which is the main reason I need to go back to the version I can handle on my own. The online version does not seem at all intuitive but maybe my issue. Anyway, how can I get the best support to move data back to online?
We receive a po and an amount for a year basis from a customer. Monthly we will send different shipments to the customer as needed. Upon invoicing the customer at the end of the month, is it possible to track the amount that has been used by that PO, so that we will know how much more we can send to that customer under that PO?

I just upgraded my annual plan to "Plus" thinking that I would get access to the bulk reclassify tool, but I realized that this tool is not available in the Plus plan. Can I downgrade back to my previous annual Essentials plan and get a refund?

I can’t seem to toggle side bar on and off, it’s just permanent all the sudden. I have made sure my app is up to date and refreshed but everything is stuck in split screen. This is only in my QuickBooks app so I don’t think it’sa problem with my iPad.
I have only one customer, but different projects, even with different departments. How can I add multiple jobs to the same customer? Do I have to create the same customer every time that I am entering the information for a specific project? Sometimes the contact person is different also.
I was informed by my sales rep today that I can no longer purchase products off of the 2022 price sheet? There is 6 more weeks yet in 2022. The 2023 pricing went up again roughly 35% from last years huge increase they did. I understand price sheets, but if you state it is for 2022 or whatever year, the pricing should be available for that entire time. Now i am told I can only purchase for my clients off of the 2023 price sheet?? Has anyone else had this information shared with them too..

Hello Community,Our company has run across an issue with vendor purchase orders. Scenario: We have, in operations, a need to have immediate PO #'s available to our Plant Manager. Current Process: We do generate QBO PO's to submit to vendors. When the Plant or Maintenance Manager have a critical need and Accounting isnt able to generate a PO immediately, they have a Paper PO Book. The issue is that we are now duplicating PO #'s. Primarily, we use PO's as a predictive/forecasting of expenses tool. Question/Possible Solution? Am I able to generate a sequence of PO #'s (say for a given week), and hold those numbers "open" for our Plant & Maint Mgr, all the while continue to generate PO's in the system normally?Or - am I able to change a system generated PO number at the time of generation to a unique number? In Customer Center, under Edit Customer, how do I change the Data Field name from "CC Email" to "AP Email" ? Not selecting a different option in the drop menu, literally changing the wording.
