I have QB Desktop Premier Plus Contractor Edition 2022 with Enhanced Payroll. Of course we are being held hostage again by QB. Instructions to upgrade are horrible and everything keeps pushing us to Enterprise. How do I upgrade to our Premier Edition? There is no "prompt" and no upgrade button option anywhere on the desktop screen or menus.
The invoice is listed, but the option for a PDF is not available.
Currently, this transaction has zero balance. However, all bills are showing in the bill payment section as open. how can I clear them?
The accounts that are correctly connected online all have the toggle on/off function. It's just the accounts with issues connecting that are having trouble.

Quickbooks Plus Annual Subscription Price going up by 55% !! For 1 user - we paid $982 (In October 2023) and now, billed $1,523. No explanation and no support from QB/Intuit. I spoke to an agent - he simply hung up. Any core services by Microsoft, Apple, and Google increase their prices by a small %, annually. But 55% is beyond me.

How do i downgrade to 2024.I'm not paying more than a thousand dollars for 2025 when I bought 2024 desktop for $225.00It's not worth that kind of money when 2025 is essentially the same program with no visible improvements. One of the projects that was part of our Company is breaking off to establish themselves as a separate company . . . I will be using QB for the new company's finances. I have duplicated my QB File, renamed it with the new Company's name . . . how do I delete all the financial data? I don't want to start from scratch. I've built various reports and have a Chart of Accounts / Class List that I want to keep. Is there a simple way to purge all of the financial data, but leave the QB "framework" in place? What if I take a snapshot of the Chart of Accounts, delete each entry, and then recreate it, would that erase the financial data? (I'm wanting to get rid of all invoices, expenses, income, etc.)
I'm getting this error when trying to match a check to a credit memo on a customer account. It worked two weeks ago but I can't figure out how to fix the issue.
