I have sent an invite to a person but she is unable to sign on . It says there is no company linked to her. However, on my computer it shows she is "Invited'

I use QB Online. I have been trying to run a Transactions by account report and when I type that phrase it will not initiate a search. I try: "Here's how to do it: On the left panel, click Reports. Type Transaction Detail by Account in the search box. Change the Report period, and click the Customize button . . . " and nothing happens. I've done this in years past and without this feature, this QB is of no use to me. How do I run this report and/or where is it?
There is an imported custom template for recurring bills. I'm trying to change the phone number on the template, however, it won't let me edit the template being that it was an imported PDF. It wont let me save the PDF and I don't have the original because we had an outside company set us up for quick books. I don't want to delete it because there is a formula that generates each billing cycle, letting the client know what cycle they are paying for. Any idea how i can change the phone number ?
Is it best to start a separate account or just expand my current account for the church?

I have two companies, both for the same non-profit organization. We have an administrative company which is used for dues and administrative expenses and a service company with income from fundraisers and expenses to organizations and scholarships. When the service company gets low in funds I transfer funds from the administrative company to the service company. What type of accounts other than income and expense do I need for each company to track the transfer?
