I need to please process a credit note in Quickbooks for some product that a customer purchased and has now returned to me.

Good day.I am trying to update my bank with QB. It has been refusing to for 4 days. Can anyone please assist?
Bank feeds wouldn't update so I disconnected it, now I get an error when I try to reconnect (error 105). Been trying to get it working again for 3 or 4 days now and no luck.
Keep on getting the message "Looks like the connection to First National Bank (South Africa) isn't available right now (102)". I contacted the bank, they indicated the problem is not with them and that I should contact Quickbooks.
My bank has been reconciled. My transactions are correct. What is this "In Quickbooks" amount made up of? It never matched the "In Bank" total.
Upon going through the setup steps, it connects, but then it gives an error that it can't find the particular bank account and no transactions gets pulled in.
