I can no longer download transactions to Quickbooks online from Citizens Bank. Today, Citizens Bank customer support told me that Citizens no longer supports Quickbooks integration. Do you know if this is true? Is this a permanent change?

After transactions are updated, all rules should be run automatically on new transactions. This doesnt work and hasnt worked in years. Every time, I have to manually go to rules, edit an auto-confirm rule, save it, then ALL of the rules get processed. It doesnt matter which rule I choose, ie it can be the rule that didnt work or some other random rule created. I have tried this in incognito mode to avoid any cache issues. I also tried clearing cache etc.
When I try to link my account it’s telling me there’s an account already linked to a bank. Is there a way around this?
Just last week right before the 15th, one of my client's accounts received 15 months of duplicated transaction in a bank update. Because they have auto rules/auto accept turn on, most of those transaction went straight into the ledger. I then found out that Intuit does not offer back-up and restore to most subscribers, only the higher level receives that option. We spent the 2 days deleting thousands of duplicated transactions one by one and had to re reconcile everything. This happened to one of my small accounts. If it happened to a bigger customer with more transaction, I would not even know how to fix the problem. I have been a CPA for 25 years, and I have mostly worked with enterprise level systems. I am very new to QBO. From what I gathered so far, there is no way to prevent this from happening again. And if it happens again, there is no fix. Am I missing something here? Has this happened to anyone

I don't like that QuickBooks automatically marks register transactions as "cleared". I wish them to remain uncleared until I reconcile.
What is the procedure for syncing eBay transactions to Quickbooks online? I confirmed that the app is set up.
I recently tried to set up an account for a new loan my company just got but I accidentally set it up as a bank account rather than a loan. I entered an opening balance and a couple transactions but then realized it was set up as an income account rather than a liability. I tried to delete it so I could start over but QB won't let me do that. How can I fix this?
For 4 months my bank accounts have updated correctly each day. But two days ago QB started pulling in the information from the wrong account. I disconnected and re-connected twice, and I'm still having the same issue. I have three bank accounts in an online portal; two belong to my company. The info has been fine. Suddenly one of the accounts is pulling info from the non-company account into QB instead of the company account. How can this be fixed? I tried my only options it seems,
For example, if one of our employees charges an expense on their bank card on 9/30, but the charge doesn't post to the account until 10/1, QBO is using the 9/30 date, even though the transaction has not hit the bank account yet. I believe QBO is pulling the wrong date from Chase in the interface. They should be pulling the posted date (10/1) instead.
I successfully added one bank through the Bank Feeds module even though I have to manually import my transactions through web connect. However, I'm attempting to add another institution that is not listed in the Bank Feeds module. I have the bank account listed on my chart of accounts but when I import the web connect file, the other institution isn't listed for me to tie the transactions too. I've tried using all bank feeds preferences, advance, express and classic with no success. I waited to speak with technical support through QuickBooks and I received no help. Any help is appreciated!

Way before my time the accountants made journal entries using undeposited funds. The balance is zero, but the je's keep showing up on my deposit screen. What do I do?
My company recently opened a new commercial money market account. Our owner used a company check to make the first deposit into the money market account. Ideally he would have made a transfer but he didn't. I'm not sure how to record the transaction. The check was written from our business checking account to the new money market account. When I try to write a check the money market account isn't an option under "Pay to the order of" (since it is set up as a bank account not a vendor.) How can I properly record this transaction?
My company has two owners who each have their own personal credit card (cc) accounts with Chase (they use them for business expenses) which they want to link to our business QBO along with the business checking account. We used to have both cc's linked to QBO without any problem, then approx.12 months ago suddenly one owners card dropped off the bank feed and we can no longer have both owners cc's on the bank feed at the same time, I need to ask them to change over who's cc accounts are linked to the QBO app each month so that I can download transactions for each of their cc's monthly. This is becoming more and more of an issue. We have contacted QBO numerous times and they say it is an issue they are "looking into" and they are getting around to fixing this type of problem for many companies and we are in a queue (?!) or say that it is a Chase problem. Chase don't know anything about this and have said it may be because the cc's are personal and they should get business
I am paying myself as an employee, so I need my paycheck to be direct deposited into my personal checking account. But every time the direct deposit goes through, the same payment amount is automatically withdrawn by Quickbooks. It's a simultaneous deposit and withdrawal, so the money does not stay in my account.

Hi, My QBO used to nicely automatically import all the invoices/screenshots of invoices attached to the bank transactions, but for some reason, it stopped doing so. I tried to reconnect/reconfigure the bank, but it did not solve the problem. Any ideas? Thanks
