I am going to be busy on Monday (month end) so I am creating my invoices today and want to find a way of delaying sending the invoices to my clients until next week...is there a way to do this without using the recurring invoices feature?
I open an invoice at the start of a job and add items at the end of each day. QB Self-Employed automatically generates a due date 30 days from the invoice creation date, so I just send an invoice for a 6-week job telling the customer that his payment is two week overdue! He was not impressed. Is there any way to get the due date set automatically 30 days from the send date? Or failing that from the date the invoice was last edited?

We are a charity and receive grants from numerous funding bodies so need to set up departments to allocate specific funding too. This was straight forward when we used Sage, however, I can't find any information as to how to do this in Quickbooks.
If you have a list of customers and suppliers you’d like to import, you can do so by following the steps below. This saves you from manually creating your customer and supplier records one by one. Before you start, make sure that your excel spreadsheets are ready and in a format that is accepted by QuickBooks. You can download a sample here. Things to look out for before you start The file size limit is 2MB. We found that customers have the best experience when importing no more than 400 rows at one time. If there are more than 400 rows, we recommend that you split them into multiple lists and import them individually using the steps below. Sub-customers can't be imported. Import sub-customers as customers and change them to sub-customers after the import. If the file imported incorrectly and it needs to be re-imported, it does not overwrite customer/supplier records that have been created in QuickBooks, but it will be added to your customer/supplier list again.
How do I select a different currency to the home if i fail to find This customer pays me with field in qbo? My multicurrency is on
Hello, We are a smallish charity and have recently signed up for Quickbooks Plus. We currently do not have a finance officer and I have been given the task of setting up Quickbooks so we can use it going forward as our finance package. We have a bank account that payments come in to and cheques go out of and a few direct debits. We use a credit card for other transactions (this is in turn paid in full each month) I want to get QBO, to track not just our overall income and expenditture, but also by each Service that we offer, which is funded by funding from trusts, foundations and/or contracts. I have been trying to find out how to set up fund accounts for each of our sevice areas, but I can find nothing about it in any menu. Can someone please help?
