We would like to export all the data from QBO into QBDT for this short period so that we have the whole year on QBDT. We're looking for the quickest way to do this without having to enter each transaction again in QBDT.
It comes up as GBP but due to alot of travel expenses I need to be able to change it each time i snap a receipt
We have been posing card reciepts on to sales, but want to do it differently and just put the total card net amount each month, some of the invoices say closed...does that mean we are unable to delete them now? thank you
So I want to send a batch mail shot but when I go to send, Quickbooks picks up an email application that wont send emails out. How do I change this please Sue
How do I reactivate a customer account?
We do not trade in Euros but for a customer that wants an equivalent euro for his records can we use the euro symbol?
We can do "find match" to change the payment to £9.75 but that leaves the invoice as partially paid. Do we need to do a journal entry every time to add the charge to the card processing account?

Hi - I am trying to import a CSV file to generate multiple invoices. There are some negative line items in the CSV which causes an error message in QBs and won't allow the file to be uploaded. Anyone else had this and resolved the issue? Many thanks
All week I’ve been expecting a payment, today I realised, it was being sent to the wrong email. An email that is no longer linked to the customer profile. Yet for some reason is still attached!Along with the app saying emails haven’t sent, what’s going on! Got no idea if the customer has viewed the invoices. If you are having problems. Let at least let your customer understand and notify us when it will be corrected!
I am looking for everything which I labeled estate chargeable, this does not appear in my chart of accounts like it used to.
Hi im new to quick books and wanted some training but every time I click on the self employed it says onboarding isn't available for self employed account holders, live chat was no help at all, are all the pre recorded videos suitable for self employed?
