Is it possible to track P&L items, including payroll, via both Class and Location? I am a physical therapy company with multiple locations. I would like to track my P&L and (Balance Sheet) by specific physical location, but I would also like to track (specifically Payroll Expense) by employee Class (i.e. Clinical Staff - Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapy Technician, versus Administrative Staff - Front Desk, Scheduling, Benefits Verification, Marketing, etc..).

I have a reminder set up for the 1st of each month for a JE with no days in advance. I did not receive any notification , task or email on the 1st for the reminder. What do I have to do to get it to work?
Woocommerce + QBO connector error:6000 - Business Validation Error: You must enter the email address for this customer in order to email statements. I verified that the woocommerce customer and the "generic online sale customer" in the OneSaas app and in QBO all have email addresses and I still receive the above error.
Hello Quickbooks users! I am using QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. QUESTION:If I have two Inventory Part Items already set up, Let's call them:POSTER_SALES_RETAIL and POSTER_SALES_WHOLESALE When I created the POSTER_SALES_WHOLESALE inventory item, i added the QUANTITY on hand as 30. Which is the amount of posters I purchased to sell. Since I sell them at WHOLESALE and RETAIL, I need Quickbooks to pull from the total inventory of 30 every time I make a sale wholesale or retail. Right now, since I added the QUANTITY on hand of 30 to the POSTER_SALES_WHOLESALE inventory item, I cannot get Quickbooks to pull inventory from the POSTER_SALES_RETAIL inventory item. Is there a way to make this happen? Maybe with a new Sub Parent inventory item POSTER_SALES and have this one reflect both? What would the steps be to accomplish this? I am trying to set up my sales channels in QuickBooks and continue to receive an error message that states my subscription is expired. However it is not and the payment processed successfully. This is happening when trying to set up Shopify and Amazon. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

When I delete one of the duplicate bills, all of the bills are deleted. Saving multiple changes results in multiple identical bills. This is a frustrating flaw in QB online.
Large customers are requesting that we include their PO number with the invoice number on the subject line of the invoice email. We have the invoice number but not the PO number which is a custom field. Any solution?

Hi - We've recently opened a second location and will have to use multi-user quickbooks in order to operate efficiently. We've installed the program but it is incredibly slow anytime anyone is in multi-user mode. We've switched back to single user and have to rotate using the program - it is incredibly frustrating, but the multi-user is so slow (five minutes at least every time you click). We're at a loss for what could be causing the slow load times. Is it related to CPUs, internet, etc.? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for suggestions on recording collection notes (regarding customer past due invoices) in QBO. I would like to record what I've done in order to collect payments that would ideally print on the Collections Report. I currently use a custom field on the invoice but it's not enough room in a lot of cases.
What is up with quickbooks??? its like everything they do is absolutely stupid!!! if there's a hard way to do it and make sure it docent work then that the intuit way of life!!! desktop is an update every other day and constant problems and has ZERO chance of working like a true "enterprise" software. The title is merely a trick to bait and switch people into buying this garbage, then once they have your data they make it absolutely redicilous to transfer it out! quickbooks online can't even export to quickbooks desktop so once they bait you into the switch your screwed!!!! Now they hide the download link like it's a national security secret or something!!! Quickbooks has became the absolute laughing stock of accounting!!! Only reason they can take this is because they are so big! They absolutely SCREW OVER EVERYONE!!!!!!! You couldn't pay me to buy in if I could turn back the hands of time to when I first started! now they have my data and make it and absolute nightmare to get it out
I would like to add a column to the Spreadsheet Template to reflect one of my custom fields. I would like to add a column to the Customers Template. I tried to follow what little information I found online (Optional) To create and edit transactions and their custom fields, select Select custom field columns. This will also allow you to add the transaction to the template. I can't find the "Select custom field columns".The sheet is protected? Is this the issue? it asked for a password and I tried both my QBs password and my Microsoft password. I am running QBs Online Advanced. Thanks,Elizabeth
Hello! We currently use Quickbooks Online Pro. We want to implement the ability for a customer to sign a document digitally, be it an estimate, contract, etc. I looked into Docusign, but we would need to upgrade to the Advanced version. We just upgraded to the Pro, and financially we can't go up to the Advanced!Any suggestions how we can add an e-signature for customers without having the Advanced version? Thank you!

Hi Quickbooks Community Experts! I have a QuickBooks Desktop file which I am trying to condense it. But I am facing an issue with doing that. I have attached a screenshot where you can see I can remove all transactions but cannot remove the audit trial. I don't want to remove the transactions. I need help to get this option turn on or what are possible reason the first option is disable and how we can turn on. Thanks
I've been trying to reconcile an account for months, but every time I upload transactions, they come through as duplicates. When I try to reconcile and delete the extras, it throws off the reconciliation balance. So, I decided to delete all transactions and manually upload them as a CSV. Even with a zero bank balance and entering the opening balance, the system still shows that the account is reconciled through May in the reconciliation history, despite my efforts to unreconcile all transactions. There's no option to batch unreconcile, and my bank register doesn't display any unreconciled transactions. This is preventing me from completing the reconciliation, as the beginning bank balance is shown as zero, but there's a discrepancy that needs to be addressed. Additionally, the account still appears reconciled through May, even after I manually unreconciled it in the bank register.
