i deleted an employee and now i cant add them back!
Hi, I'm having a problem where when I go to make a time entry, the "billable" toggle is always off. I don't add time to QB without billing it. How do I make this on by default?
Trying to add payroll history and I keep getting something went wrong? Ideas?

I have employees that receive 4%, 6%, and 6%+3.6% = 9.6% each paycheque. I found instructions online on adding vacation as a payroll item, but it does not show as an option in any of my 'add payroll item' menus. Owners and employees want stub details to say "vacation pay 4%', "vacation pay 6%, and "VacPay 6% + StatPay 3.6%" on the respective stubs. How can I create more than just the default vacation pay payroll item? I have QB Desktop Premier Contractor Edition 2024 Release R13PThank you
I submitted T4's on February 21st and all employees said they could see the T4 - I even electronically submitted them to CRA. Now I cannot find 3 of them on my Quickbooks workforce. Help!
I have entered my 2025 data to-date, but can't find a way to enter my 2024 data.
Our salaried employees' hours are not calculating correctly. We need to correct the hours so they are right on a Record of Employment but we don't want it to affect the salary.
They can see their pay stubs but are not seeing their T4 in the "Tax Document" section.
