Can I import Excel files from Ecount into Quickbook?
What's going on? I subscribed to 1 year membership, and in my 2nd attempt of importing my transactions, the system doesn't recognize my descriptions. The file is downloaded directly from HSBC Business online banking and I only have about 25 transactions in July. Tech support closed my case, and I had to initiate my case again; now they claim to have fixed my problem, but I just checked, and the problem is the same. Now I'm entering another month, with all my accounting pending. BTW, during this month of down time, I had to request for reimbursement, and its only for 1 month.
I get the following error when importing journal entries. "These contacts don't exist in QuickBooks. Go back to your CSV file and match the name with a QuickBooks contact." I can't figure out where the "contact" is located, or which contact it is referring to.
I'm importing bulk expenses record, but need it in multiple lines. How?

I have recently subscribed to QBO Advance, but the Journal Entry function on the Import Data menu is not showing?
Clicking the Download sample file returns error 404.
Lightspeed can't find the problem and have told me to ask Quickbooks. However, the support isn't manned at the weekend.
During major events that we organize, we receive donations from a lot of people (small donations in the hundreds). Currently, all physical receipts are prepared by hand, and after that it is encoded into QBO one by one. Instead of this, I would like to have the receipts encoded on a spreadsheet and then imported into QBO. An online search turned up this page, https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/import-transactions/import-sales-receipts/L5BrcgXyh_GB_en_GB, detailing what I wanted to do, but the "Sales Receipt" option is not in the "Import Data" tool. So, what can I do to import sales recipts?
Once I try to upload a CSV file of invoices, it stuck. nothing happen and it says "We are on your case"
I want to send an SO to QBO with Katana but i get below error code: Oh no...Sending this sales order to QuickBooks failed!QuickBooks responded with error(s) related to invoice.String length specified does not match the supported length. Min:0 Max:21 supported. Supplied length:31 I understand the error is saying too many lines but is this really the max? There are only 16 lines in this SO.We really need to be able to import more lines if we wanted to continue with QBO.
