After a lot of messing around, somehow I managed to get the percentage to show, however now it also shows the word agency! I am unsure how to simply get the text to show as "21% IVA) on the invoice??

Yes, but I want to specifiy sales account when i make each invoice, rather than enter journal. For example 1) tax-exempt sales for export, 2) 16% taxed sales for domestic, 19% taxed sales for domestic. Because we have to report the accumulated amount of sales for each type. I can categorise specific account with bank feeds expenses, but with invoices transactions i can't. Neither in customer initial balance whicn makes invoices. Secondly, uploaded customer balances made each invoices but the transaction journal debits A/R-A, but I want debits A/R-B. Both A and B are user created A/R accounts. Sorry, I no longer have screenshots, because i purged the company.
The inventory Amount on the Balance Sheet is way off than the actual. Previously, the Bills from the supplier were entered on the category details as "Inventory" instead on the Item details, so there were balance in the Inventory account but no Inventory count. After a few months, An inventory management was used and started to record inventories manually in QBO that resulted to Inventory Starting Value and Inventory Qty Adjust transactions added into the Inventory Account. Basically, it doubled up the amount in the Inventory Account. Should I just delete the Inventory Starting Value to correct it? My concern is, if I do that the Inventory count will also change and if I correct that by adjusting the quantity, Inventory Shrinkage would be my next problem. Any advise and suggestion is highly appreciated. Thank you.

how do I set customer running balance on customer account without necessarily creating statement
I recorded few supplier invoices in QB . even though those invoices were shown under relevant supplier names they were not shown in profit and loss account and in GL when I run reports. Recording part was done correctly as far as I am concerned. I checked one transaction and checked how that was hit to accounts.
receivable are not updated in my mobile app i don't know why ?
Each time I make an attempt I keep getting an error message saying, "Delivery issue" due to incorrect email even though the emails are correct. I was able to send invoices before, but since last month I am having this problem.
we cannot input anything on he quantity column of the invoice form. it is only happening when we convert estimate to invoice. If we create an invoice directly, the everything is working perfectly. But we need to create estimate first then convert it to invoice.
