I currently have QuickBooks Online "simple start" and I am trying to upgrade to"essentials". When I click the "upgrade" button it says to call a 1800# to discuss these features?Then I can not do anything else. How do I upgrade?

Is there a place where I can see all company files that I have access to?
We are wanting to give access to an employee for customers and suppliers only, excluding payroll. When going into expenses under the limited access it shows the payroll clearing amounts. Is there a way that we can exclude this information? I don't understand why it is showing when it's payroll related.

I've been using the windows app for QBO for quite a while. I perfer it over the web interface. Lately it has become quite unstable. One particular thing is opening a new tab. Click the + and it closes all tabs and signs not then presents the sign in. I've tried cleariong the cache and data and it made no difference. Does anyone else experience this?ThanksSteve
