When having an issue with QB, QB support staff continuously refers to third party apps when I complaint about essential functionality that does not work or does note exist. The functionality also does not exist in third party apps and i need a solution. I need to get in touch with QB development decision makers and want to know how the get in contact with them.

I have closed my books for the year. I have inadvertently deleted an entry from the previous fiscal year and it is affecting my ability to reconcile this current month. Can I simply re-enter the deleted entry and move forward with my reconciliation?
