I returned My hardware December 17. It was received by Quickbooks on December 21. Why is it that for about a month now I’ve been promised a call back after checking with the “back end team” from 20+ agents? a month. The agents have clearly had enough as have I. I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and the next step is looking into legal action.

Hi,Previously i sign up Quickbook with local agent. I made monthly payment via agent. Now the agent told me, they already assign my debit card for monthly payment directly to Quickbook. We see the subscription rate has suddenly gone up to ₹1059.00 + 18% GST from 21-Jan-2022.The total cost has gone up from ₹162.00 + 18% GST applicable in FY 2021. I would like to change the % of markup from what I used when setting up my business. I can't find anywhere that instructs me on how to change that % of markup on all my inventory items? I would like to keep my cost and change the % of markup that will do all of them at once keeping the cost and recalculating the sales price on all of my numerous inventory items. I'm using QuickBooks Pro 2020. Can anyone help with that?

We are on Mac and Windows, using google chrome as suggested by the Quickbook support however that not help. Our team at office stuck waiting for the browser to load. and they are overtime due this.
