Quickbooks didn't accept our payment using credit card. They keep on declining our payments. We ask the bank if there's any problem with our account and they said that there is no problem at all. How can we fix this issue?
I recently migrated from QB desktop to QB online. I am now trying to clean up the chart of accounts numbers, as they don't really make sense as is. When I go to the chart of accounts and click on the little pencil to bulk edit, and then I enter all the new numbers, when I click on save, it says an error has occurred please try again later.

When uploading a PDF reciepts from Google Drive, Quickbooks will appear to download PDF, process it... and shoes it in the list of items to match/review. But when you try to match the receipt and error pops up about the file time. I tried using Icongnito Mode and Clearning my cache/cookies this did NOT resolve the issue.
