I currently keep my own accounts as well as those of my husband, my sister, my brother-in-law and a small charity I help to manage, all on QuickBooks Pro 13. I understand that if I move to QuickBooks online I'd need one subscription per company, but can I transfer them all to one version of QuickBooks Desktop 2021?

I need to analyse and use the data in Quickbooks better, for example pulling data by location and class, this doesn't appear to be possible without running separate reports. Does anyone have any suggestions or alternatives, how can i export the data? I also need a consolidation approach as i have various QB companies. Many thanks

The invoice is still waiting for the payment
When adding the cumulative figure for CIS suffered, as soon as I change the date the page goes white and will not load in, meaning I cannot submit the EPS to report the CIS suffered to HMRC. Is anyone else having this trouble or found a way around it? Thank you
When I create an invoice and the description cell of the invoice has a lot of content, the template automatically feeds the content section to the 2nd page and then the 1st page just contains the 'Header' part of the invoice.This looks completely odd and disjointed. I end up with;page 1 Header,page 2 Content,page 3 Footer. Not the best image being portrayed to my customers, so I then have to amend the printed .pdf document in Adobe to reset all the fields and to delete the wasted page of content.There must be an easier way of creating better-looking invoices.

I have followed the instructions but when I logon I can't find the link stating sample company to open?

I am struggling to get Quickbooks Self employed to convert my emailed receipts to transactions. I sent an email with a receipt attached in .pdf format from my verified email address to [email address removed], but nothing happens. I ticked the box requesting a return email when it was processed, but 24 hours later nothing has happened. I'm wondering whether it might be due to the fact I changed my company name and email address after I opened the account. I have verified the new email address, so it should work, but it doesn't. Can anyone help?
I transferred from QuickBooks Online to Desktop Pro. Only one of my bank accounts transferred. How do I get the other bank account to Desktop?
I have signed up for a 10 for £30 deal so that clients can be billed via me for £3 per month. One of my clients has transferred their billing to me but it's automatically gone on as a £12 per month bill and not into one of my £3 per month deals.How do I move them to one of the 10 for £30? I have just paid my VAT for the first time using VAT-MTD, which took me to the HMRC site wherein I entered all the VAT calculations in the relevant boxes and eventually paid HMRC on line through their website.But having done that no entries appear in Quick Books showing that the VAT Return has been submitted nor that the amount due has been paid. The due amount has gone from my bank account. So again I am totally confused and hope someone out there can help.Andrew

I am located in Canada and am trying to purchase the online version of Quickbooks UK for a business with head office in the UK; however, when I try to purchase this product it will not let me as I don't have a UK billing address.
