HI there, I am running desktop and having to move online because Payroll is to stop being supported on Desktop from 6th April 2020. I need to run end of year payroll on Desktop as I know this will be correct, how do I post the necessary entries to Online accounts for the next two payrolls from desktop? Is there an automated way or should I post manual journals for each employee, to post between Bank and Payroll expenses? Any guidance gratefully received. Rosco
Hi there, I want to see what the Payslips Look like with online. I need to kn ow whether I need a separate process, where I print to PDF and copy into a better format, with the right information for the company, or whether it fits. Hi, I have an stock stock part in item list and have been using this item in customers invoices since 2 years. When I try to use this item now to create customer invoice, I am getting the error that this item does not exist in the item list. But when I check the items list this item exit. Can anyone help to resolve this issue.

I create file QuickBooks premier 2020 on the server and switch to multi-user mode for 5 users when I or another user log in to use the file. It takes about 2-3 minutes to open the file. The file has been created and will be inputted data for the year 2020. Please advise suggesting a solution.

We are due to move to Quickbooks Online from the desktop version on the 30th March. With the current climate please can you tell me whether this will still go along our expected timeline and will staff be available to manage the file transfer?
I used to be able access the mobile app but now when I log in on my mobile it comes up with a message saying "Looks like your account doesn't include access to the QuickBooks Online mobile app." Any ideas how to solve this?
Last week I migrated from desktop to online I believe (although I am now not so hopeful) that up until yesterday my customers were receiving invoices by email.Today this has for some reason stoppedI have cleared browsing / cache etcI have used different search engines to open QBOI have given them safe senders informationThey have checked junk folders etc The invoices are marked as sent but are not going throughI already have another simple problem logged with your engineers (still waiting on reply) and having been pushed to this 'upgrade' due to you no longer supporting payroll QBD. I am starting to lose faith !
Please can you confirm how Quickbooks will handle the new "claim" required each year for those eligible for the employment allowance. Will it be a direct question from the software at the start of the new tax year or is it something which is burried in the settings? thanks
