Hello! I have a simple question. In regards to Fiscal Year End, where do bills go? Are they filed under the date they were created or paid? If a bill was created in 2019, but paid in 2020? Which year does it fall under? Thanks!
We have Enterprise 2019 with Advanced Inventory enabled but we can't find the Cycle Count option. We are using the Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition.

Hello, We are using QBS Enterprise 2019, Actually we have started a New Company file from July 1st and to that new company file i need to import the previous transactions from Jan to June which includes Invoices, AR Reports and Vendors payments etc.,. we have already tried by Copy and pasting Batch Transactions from Excel which actually works but each item carried to a single invoice and for example we have billed to 1 customer 30items and when I paste these 30 items creating a 30 invoices which should come in 1 Invoice and I have used split were i cannot paste transactions in split need to enter manually. So please if any suggestions which will helps us alot to proceed further. Thanks!

We charge different customers different prices for the same product. We're not sure how to track inventory for this! Help! Say we have 1 window cleaner in stock. If we note that A, B, and C customers all have 1 in stock, QBO will think we have 3 in stock instead of 1. If I say that window cleaner A has 1 in stock but B and C have zero, how do we update inventory when we receive more window cleaner? Say we order 30 window cleaners, it doesn't make sense to say each category (A/B/C) have 10 each because that's not proportionate to the customers in each category. How do we deal with tracking inventory?

Since I tried to switch my default email in Windows, the PDF component broke in Quickbooks. I switch the default email back, tried the PDF repair tool from Intuit, reinstalling QuickBooks, used clean tool, still PDF missing component error!
Open Window in Desktop is so useful.In Online version is there an equivalent? I seem to have to recreate the report each time I drill down.
recently several memorized transactions from our previous fiscal year starting up in the 'to be recorded' screen however none of these are showing in the memorized transaction list. any suggestions how I get rid of these obsolete transactions?
Has anyone else had any problems with the latest update for Quickbooks 2019 Enterprise? I have tried updating twice and it failed, forcing me to reinstall QB all together. Anyone know when the next update is to be released? Thank you, Shelley
I have a cleint books Enterprise 2018 version and I need to export the chart of Accounts etc out and import to the Premeier file. But I only have the 2019 enterprises. What can I do?
I signed up for quickbooks online when I should have signed up for quick books SELF EMPLOYED! now it wont let me sign up for it at all, keep getting a screen that comes up when I try to buy the its fetching my data but nothing ever comes up!! how can I sign up for it with the same email as quickbooks online...
