I created a fixed asset account for a camera and entered the purchase price when asked in the account setup, now the amount shows in the account, but I haven't recorded the expense of buying the camera. How can I correct this so it doesn't duplicate the cost of the camera?

When trying to install the latest QB update I get this message - Error 1636. The update installer is not accessible.I am using QB Desktop 2024
I cannot access anything because the activation process just keeps looping . What have I done wrong and how do I correct this?
TD bankfeed is updating and working fine.However, when I am in the reconcile screen and click on view statements, no statements are downloaded. I click the "Update" icon on the bank statement screen and nothing is downloaded.I have tried incognito / clearing cache etc., but have not gotten any statements since Nov 5/23
The final paycheque to an employee hasn't arrived after a few weeks (mailed). I plan to cancel the cheques with the bank and then need to re-issue it. I'm not sure of the best way to do this other than change the cheque number and print again. I plan to just eTransfer the money. Perhaps I'm best to just cancel with the bank but leave everything in QB alone and when I reconcile the eTransfer just note it was for that cheque?

I am seeking guidance on how to set up Revenue Budgets and Cost Budgets so Revenue/COGS is calculated utilizing Percentage of Completion Accounting. Would love to run a dashboard that has Rev Budget/Cost Budget/Project to Date Revenue/Project to Date Cost/Cost Budget Remaining etc.? Thanks.
Hey QB dudes, Recently, when I have been trying to send off my estimates, the preview page isn't working correctly. When I click save and send, it automatically will download the preview but not display it all, see screenshot attached. I'd like to reverse this, Any ideas, Thank you

Why does the credit balance account not show negative? If my bank account is overdrawn, it will be shown negative, but the liabilities or income account, they are credit balance, but it doesn't show the credit balance. Why? If we download an excel sheet, it will be very confusing. See my attachment, $540 should be ($540), but it is shown $540.
It is error 185. My client used to have to go in to QB to reconnect the account every single time, and now it isn't even updating at all.

Hi there, I need to set up an account (or possibly more) that I can use when we have caused damage to a customer's home during installation of our product and also for when, through our own error, have to record a loss of our product due to inaccurate estimating. I don't currently have anything on the Chart of Accounts for these scenarios. Thanks in advance
How do I get the shipping address to show up on invoices? In the template both "show on screen" and "print" are checked, and an address entered, but they don't show up.
I have an ongoing issue that, sadly, the language barrier with QuickBooks' customer service team is causing an issue with. I'm going around in circles and have no resolution. Ideally, I am looking to escalate this to a senior customer services rep/manager. Does anyone know is QB has a function/team for this?
The transactions associated to a secondary card on my credit card account are no longer syncing and downloading with a connected bank account. The primary card transactions are downloading normally. This is a new problem since January of this year.

Does anyone have a list of the QB Export to MS Word fields that are available for use?IE: we have «MyCompanyAddrBlock» or «AddrBlock» however I can't seem to find what other fields might be available such as customer business name without the address. It would seem logical this should be an available field and a list of these fields should be something we can refer to. In this example, the export is executed when on an invoice > Send > Prepare letter > select appropriate letter from the list.
