Can you drop the subsription to quickbooks and still use program offline

When trying to process for example and EFTPOS receipt and need to enter multiple lines, it can take over a minute to enter from one field to the next. Processing time so very frustrating and is taking up to approx x 20 times longer than usual.  Not practical when running a business when so much data to enter.  Anyone experienced sames issue, been doing this getting worse over past week or so.

Hi,I am trying to create a QBJ file from an Excel file.  The QBJ file is to contain general journal entries which will be imported into Quickbooks Desktop. Is there a developer's kit that can create QBJ file? ThanksPaul 

I am in the process of creating a new company file for a new business.  I changed the account number for retained earnings.  I wanted a four-digit number vs. a five-digit one, but it has vanished.  Is there any way to get it back before the end of the fiscal year when the file is closed?

my client has vision issues so I have to print to excel and then modify reports.  Takes a while.

 The pre fill forms without going into settings will be set to on randomly. Is there any thing outside of the advanced settings that can turn on the pre-fill forms?   

I need to printout my memorized Physical Inventory Report.  I look fine on the screen, but when I print or printer preview - I have a lot of "overflow" or "%" signs.  It does the same with the Physical Inventory Report that is standard on the reports and the report at the bottom of the items page.The columns don't match up with the headers eitherI have tried everything on the File Doctor program and Rebuild data and the Repair.

Is the E.I "FACTOR" in the payroll set up for Ontario still at 1.4?  I read somewhere that it changed to 1.58 for the Employee rate and Employer is now 2.21?  Do I have to manually change it in Quickbooks desktop?

Here's something absolutely mind boggling and very confusing that a Corporation that offers an accounting program and are unable provide support for a problem that is within the program.  I have a file that I was unable to open as I could not remember the password.  Tried the password reset,  entered all the correct info, but said there is no account under my name.  Contacted the "support"  and was told the password reset was not available.  I had to send the file to their data services and the file would not be ready for 3 to 5 business days.Well I needed the file today .  I have a time limit and am stalled..  I find this is complete incompetence.

Quarterly HST due Feb 29th. Tried to run the sales tax agency report and everything is blank. No option to choose a sales tax agency. Need a fix ASAP.

i am using a point of sale system for restaurant sales and need to import revenue data from it to QB online

I sent an e-transfer to a supplier, and the money was withdrawn from our bank account, and the amount is shown in the monthly statement and was reconciled. However the supplier didn't receive the email, so he didn't deposit it and the e-transfer was expired, then the money was put back to my bank account.  How should I record the refund of the money and restore the bill as unpaid and at the same time didn't affect last month's bank reconciliation?

Nothing is there. They want me to start all over? What happened to all my info? They are taking another payment in 3 days. Payment for nothing.

The QBO Community Expert suggested that I search for an application in order to get the "kitting" or "assembly" functionality that QBO Plus doesnt have.    (The "Bundle" function is of no use to me.).   I sell my product kits through ECommerce and right now everything is a manual struggle.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have Quickbooks Online, recently i upgraded to Plus to get inventory capabilities.  We have launched an Ecommerce venture on a Shopify Powered website.  We sell products individually, and at times as "kits" .   I need the capability of selling a kit,  WITHOUT having the individual line items listed   ( i.e.  the "bundle" function, which is not useful to me), and of course when a kit is sold the individual SKUs quantities are updated.  There does not seem to be any way to do this in QBO Plus.  Do I need an add on application ?  Or is it simply beyond the capabilities of QBO and I need to do this manually? Richard
