Hi There, We have purchased a Quickbooks desktops from a retail store. After installation on two desktops, the file could not be accessed simultaneously by both users. Would you please advise us whether it is due to user limit or installation problem and how to resolve it. It is 2021 version as attached. Thanks

To whom this may concern. I have been trying to start my account from $0. Some of the info transferred from my bank didn't transferred correctly. I have tried to purge but it did not let me. I see that the next option is to cancel and reenroll. I tried to chat with the help department but Wayne was useless to my needs. If I cancel and reenroll will I be charged again? Hi,I want to ask, what is the purpose of SKU when each product/inventory item needs to have a unique name? Which means I can forget about the SKU field and just name my product whatever to track!! Does it not defeats the purpose for having SKU's? What seems sensible to me is to be able to set different SKU's (obviously - as these are unique to each item) and then to be able to use these for the same(one) product name. i.e. Product Name: SKU:1. Machine SKU12. Machine SKU2 3. Machine SKU3 etc. See attached excel file, where i have an equipment with different SKU's which I am hoping to import to QBO. I am getting this error when calling for a report using the C# SDK. The error I found on line at Quickbooks said it was because I had the wrong plan,so I upgraded the plan to Advanced, but am still getting the same error. I have posted questions on line in Quickbooks but the answers were not associated with the question. I also did a few chats on Quickbooks where those people could not answer the question correctly either. This is the error I am getting:BadRequest. I have never had such a hard time getting ahold of support team, besides Quickbooks. I get a different answer each time and a bunch of team members who do not care about helping me find a resolution. I have been scammed by an app integration THROUGH Quickbooks online protal and although Visa is dealing with the Fraud end of it, Quickbooks is claiming NO responsibility for the scam, which fine okay, but they aren't removing that scam company from the app list and still won't help me find a resolution even though it all happened in THEIR program.The chat is absolutely useless on any issue I have had. Getting through to someone to talk to you on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. And when you do talk to someone they have no idea what they are even talking about. I was now overcharged by Quickbooks themselves and I still cannot get through to them to get a resolution?Should I save myself the headache and switch to another software??
