This is the first payment/invoice. I just migrated to QuickBooks and with the first invoice the payment has been on hold for a abnormal amount of time.
The "get signature " used to be under More. Now it's gone. The Add an attachment " in the invoice. Used to be in the invoice as a optional button. Now I can't find it.
I'm trying to put info in my customer that is searchable, but I can't figure out what fields are searchable.
Okay, I recorded the deposit for the vendor refund and then created the credit bill. I went to step 3 (below) and could not find where to see the deposit to link to the credit. It only brings up bills that need to be paid. I tried to set credits but the amount is zero. What am I missing? Link the deposit to the Bill Credit:From the Vendors menu, select Pay Bills.Check the Deposit that matches the Vendor check amount.Select Set Credits and apply the Bill Credit you created earlier then select Done.Select Pay Selected Bills, then select Done.

I have to present a monthly payroll report to my accountant. The monthly numbers do not match my W-3. My W-3 is $1,500.00 more than my actual payroll
Trying to match invoice with payment received. Not showing when i click record payment and select the account that it was deposited into.
A cash payment on a invoice was deposited to checking but I don't know on which deposit it was included in. The transaction was done incorrect and when I try to delete it QB is telling me the amount has already been deposited so I need to delete the entire deposit and fix the mess.
Hello All,Is there a way to lock the customer terms so that they are not changed when an invoice is created. We have several employees who create sales invoices to our customers and they inadvertently change the terms from time to time. This create havoc on our AR Aging. We have asked them to please be careful when creating the invoice but I was hoping this was a field we could somehow lock in order to prevent it from being changed every time an invoice is created. Suggestions? Thank you.

I am attempting to use progress invoicing and am trying to adapt our custom invoice to this new layout. However when I go to print preview (or print) the invoice the Curr % and Total % column headers show nothing and the items in the columns are printing wing-dings fonts. Everything looks correct on the layout designer and the font is not wing-dings but I can't fix it. Can anyone help with this?
I have tried it from my home computer thinking it was possibly my work computer or internet and that didnt help. Ive also cleared my cookies and everything. Ive used QB online for years and the last two months this has been horrible
After 14 years with QuickBooks I tried to log into my account tonight just to find:"We can't find anyone with "____@____.com"and then"We didn't find any companies for this account" QuickBooks just completely deleted my account! It shows that I logged into it 2 weeks ago, and they just billed me March 1, 2024, 2 weeks ago. I am so pissed! I tried to call them but of course they're closed.Has anyone had this happen and did they recover your account after this?? I am so angry!H.R.
when pull transactions from bank all of them were reversed, deposits and credits, how can I fix that
Standard all acesss users doesn't seem to have this function. I don't want to give all users admin access just to have the ability to import journal entries.

We received an email from SecurityMetrics regarding PCI compliance—do we need to register right away, or can we wait until we start processing payments? Also, could you share the pricing details? I've enabled the feature in QuickBooks Online so that people can send an invoice to the special address, and QuickBooks successfully says "Anyone can autofill multiple receipts or create bills and expenses by sending files to: [redacted][email address removed]". When I first set this up and tested it, incoming emails were treated as new QuickBooks "Bills", just like I expected and wanted (under Expenditures > Bills). However, recent incoming emails are treated as QuickBooks Receipts (under Transactions > Receipts). I don't want this: I want them to be Bills so I know they still need to be paid. How can I force them all to be treated as QuickBooks Bills?
