Live Chat is crap.  There is no live chat.  It's just an auto program that keeps sending you to worthless information. I've been trying to add a new employee for a week now and still can't get it to work.  I've had nothing but problems since change from TSheets to Time.  I think they changed the name to Time because it's time for me to look else where.  I don't have time to sit here on the phone waiting or typing this message.

How can I change the master admin in quickbooks - the master admin has already resigned and there's no contact with him anymore? 
We created a new account, how can we unsubscribe from our old account since we cannot do anything there again due to the master admin has already resigned and we cannot modify the account since we would be needing an access from his email and phone number

I appreciate you giving out details of your concern about your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me share some insights on how to change the primary admin, and cancel your old account.

If the primary admin is unavailable to transfer the role, it's okay. You can send a request to our account protection team. They can change it for you.

Here's what to do:
 

  1. Gather documents for your request.
  2. Then sign in to your email.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. And lastly, look for our reply and possible next steps.

I understand how you needed to cancel your old account subscription due to some circumstances. I'd be glad to guide you on how.

When canceling an account, it depends on where you signed up for your subscription. If you happen to purchase directly from Intuit, you can follow these steps:
 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer.
  2. Sign in to QBO as an admin user.
  3. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  4. Click the Billing & Subscription.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.

Live chat run by dead beats. 

Was on live chat trying to activate my account, got cut off. 

ABSOLUTE CRAP.

Self employed are beating heart to this country and get treated terribly by this & most companies. 

Going to try other companies.

I totally agree! I only downloaded the simple portion of Quickbooks to file my contractors 1099s from last year and not anywhere is there a place to enter the actual totals for each contractor yet it says they're ready to be filed, I can only find a pay them option which I tried to ask if it's just a full total from last year if I can enter it under payments with a check and the software would use the number as the total for the 1099s and all I got when I "talked to a live representative" was a bunch of run around and transferring to someone else because what I needed help with was "beyond their scope of support" and I finally lost it after 2 days and multiple chats/transfers and being late filing now and I'm just going to file through the IRS website and cancel my subscription. My husband signed up for the small business quickbooks as well with no luck trying to file through that either. The old version we had wasn't supported anymore so we had to "upgrade" but there's nothing upgraded about this at all! Think it's time to get a refund!

Live Chat is absolute useless crap. I was transferred SIX times and still no one was able to help me with my simple questions. It was like being trapped in a torture chamber.

Im trying to get some help. I keep getting a validation failed banner on quickbooks online. Any idea how to fix this, my quickbooks assignment is due of the 4th of april

To customize your forms and display your products or services, you may proceed to the Custom Form Styles section. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, and then choose Custom form styles.
  2. Select the Edit dropdown menu on the transaction. 
  3. Go to the Content tab.
  4. Under the Columns section, tick the box and select the details you'll want to include in the form.
  5. Lastly, select Done when you're ready.

This will help you get to the real live chat. It is in your Quickbooks program---help--   At the bottom you'll see contact and in there you will find live chat. They so have regular hours. I have used them several times and they very good at what they do.
