Hi All,Direct integration stopped working about 4 weeks ago. Since then I have spent about 16 hours online with specialists from both the QB time side and desktop side. We have attempted all of the fixes on this platform as well as a few others. I have reinstalled QB, and Windows 10 as well My supposition (since QB has known about this for at least 2 months) is that QB is not interested in repairing the break since the desktop functionality is not a long term concern. Online is the big guy, so the rest of us desktop users are not so important. I hope I'm wrong!! I have an awful lot invested in this system, but will have to say a tearful goodbye if this kind of careless attitude persists. The folks you talk to on the phone are very concerned, some are upset, but they are not the issue. The programmers and engineers of the system work like all the rest of us do, so have people that they need to please, so I don't blame them. I'm afraid that the blame falls squarely on the sho
Hi I've got employee's who say they've filled in their hours (and screen shot me an image of their app screen) but the hours are not coming through on my payroll report. Why are their apps and my pc not synchronising? Thanks
Hi, Is there a way to calculate the total amount of hours worked over the previous 2 weeks? Trying to work out a new system of working 9 days every two weeks instead of 10 days but need to ensure the hours are built up in the weeks previous to allow staff to take the day off.
Hi I am based in the UK and am trying to get a new employee added but she keeps telling me the email has not arrived, and she is checking her spam folder as well. Then when I try to invite her by her mobile it says I can only invite her if her mobile number is an American mobile which it isn't, it is a UK mobile ! Please help
Is there any way of setting a Time Off code so it doesn't need approval. For example, only have to approve annual leave time off and not Sickness?
Hello!Is there anyway to add in the time spent on a project after it's completed? For example; if I was working on one project with a client by typing up a report and I had begun my clock in on this project, and then I took a call from another client that lasted for about an hour. How would I clock in the time I spent during the call into that clients project folder after the call had taken place. Thank you!
