For more information: I'm using Simple start pack, but the function should be enabled.
I am running a 'Sales by Customer Summary' report. How can I filter this by Active Customer? I am using QuickBooks Online, Help/About says it is QuickBooks 4.2.1.
I have uploaded my logo successfully and it shows up when I am trying to customise a report - see below. However the logo disappears when I print/email/download this or other reports. See below. I have tried fixes mentioned across the forum like using a private browser, clearing my cache, using another browser and re-uploading my logo file. Nothing works. How do I fix this?
Same problem occurred last year and after calling customer care it was solved. Now I am not even given access to call customer care. very disappointing about Quickbooks service
