How to do a journal entry for non deductible expense (meals) at year end to match the record with the t2 tax return? 50%

my meals and entertainment for the year is 2576 but when i was doing my t2 using turbo tax it automatically did the calculation and only 1288 is the deductible so my profit and loss doesn't match with my t2. Do i have to do a journal entry? if yes can you give me what accounts to use. thank you

Pass through fund are revenue or not ?

Hi, I want to understand how to report income, revenue based on my business scenario. Scenario:Person A bought something for Person B for lets say $100 and charges $5 as service feeHowever Person B is paying through my app as credit card payment of 105 + $2 app commission so total $107The only profit for my business is $2, however $105 goes to Person A through us.  Questionis the whole $107 considered revenue ? or only $2 commission for app considered revenue?  , whats the right way to report these incomes. I am based out of Canada. Thanks for guidance.

Reporting a bug for QuickBooks to fix. When splitting an item from the bank feed, the tab function does not work properly. Defaults up to the "X" button

When you hit tab after the "DESCRIPTION" box, instead of going to TAX, the selection goes to the X at the top right of the box and you will be stuck in an endless loop of Tabbing.

Integration with Square

Hello everyone!  I am a small business owner and I am fairly new to book keeping, I am trying to learn the ropes. I am currently using QuickBooks online and square POS and i am Struggling to integrate the systems properly. Can I set the system so that the period of all reports is fixed? I am working on 2022 and do I need to constantly keep changing the date to cover Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2022?
