I need one of these, are they available from Quick Books?
Doing it through prepayments requires 2 separate journals which always have to be matched. This means I have to remember to match them. Is there way of doing it with a single journal.

When looking at my total expenses on the home page this shows as a different figure to the expenses in my tax summary. The figure on the home page is higher. I can't seem to work out how this is different. Can anyone explain?
