I have uploaded it from google the drive as a pdf. I have downloaded it and made it OCR'd adobe pdf and uploaded from my computer. It keeps saying: The uploaded filename or file extension is invalid. Supplied Content Type: File Content Type:application/pdf, File Name: File Name:receipt-2024.00This is after I split and code the bill in review. I cannot create a bill because this comes up. Later it throws up a duplicate orange sticker looking thing in the For Review area by the receipt I have reviewed but will not create a bill for.

Hi QBI community,Just want to check. If I don't finish my bank or credit card reconciliations in one setting, can I save it and resume again later? What is meant by "Finish now" button? Does it mean that by clicking it, my reconciliation is done and I can't edit it anymore?
Intuit does not connect to my bank even after various times that I have gone through the process and the bank sends me a message that everything is working fine. my banks are working fine with Quicken

Hi. We have services that are taxable and services that are not taxable. We are on a cash basis. We do not do any out of state sales. We have a small client base located in one state. They are all identified In QBO with the correct sales tax designation. We are a landscape company. We do not separate any invoice with labor and materials. All of our service items are correctly identified in QBO as "taxable" or "non-taxable".So, please do not respond with me checking any of these things out.When I run my Sales by Customer Detail report for any period of time, the bottom line reflects the non-taxable service items in in with the taxable amount. This isn't right.The column in the report that says "total amount" is correct. The column that says "taxable amount" (I customize this column into the report) is incorrect and the column that says "tax amount" (I customize this column in also) is also incorrect.Therefore, the Sales Tax Liability Report is completely incorrec
How do I categorize our 401K? Is it an Expense or a Contribution or what is it? Is there a label for it on the QuikBooks Online or do I have to create one? Help please.
When you void an uncashed check from a prior year, there is supposed to be a way that Quickbooks will ask if you want it to create the two ledger entries. I tried voiding a check and nothing happened.
Can reviewing of the payment last more than a week?
I have 7 invoices that were funded by QB Capital:• One of them was paid and QBC recognized payment• Three of them were paid by check and were not intercepted by QBC essentially leaving the QBC funding active (and accruing interest)o One of these checks was a dual payment for last month and this month – no idea how to fix it now• Two of them were paid though QBO links and have not been applied to QBC
some Banks function and others have stopped even after multiple reconnect authorizations. so it appears the problem is Quickbooks.
