Hello, Are we and / or the customer, charged when they pay an invoice through BACS?I'm in the UK. Thanks, Jane
I realise that QB Online uses the term estimate rather than quote. I have managed to edit this on the template. However, on the covering email which I send to the customer, it still displays an 'estimate summary' at the foot of the email. I can't work out how to edit or remove this, can anyone help please, it is causing confusion for customers.
