3rd Party Apps

I have both QuickBooks Online and GoCardless accounts and I would like to test the end-to-end integration without impacting my live accounts. I have already setup my GoCardless Sandbox account and I understand that QuickBooks uses a test drive QuickBooks instance (https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive_uk) for testing purposes. But how do integrate the two so that I can test end-to-end? As far as I can see, there is no way to access 3rd party apps using the test drive instance - Apps is missing from the left navigation pane and clicking Set up Direct Debit with GoCardless on the New Invoice page results in a 404 Page not found! error. I just want to test QuickBooks and GoCardless end-to-end. Any and all help/advice appreciated.
Does anybody know of an app that works with QBO which can be used for a solicitors client account management for money received and paid out on behalf of clients? I have heard of LeanLaw but don't know if there are similar apps.
Starting about 2 weeks ago, when I sign in through the desktop app, it opens but if you try to use a new tab or open a new window it crashes. Quite by accident I discovered that if I immediately go to Reports menu and click on All Reports, I get the Woops QBO Error, but it then gives a choice of Restart or ReLaunch. If you choose Relaunch (NOT RESTART) It will relaunch to a properly working opening. One way to tell is if you use the favorites star in the right hand corner for any reports (which are essentially tabs) when it is not working the ones you have saved will not show, but will show when you relaunch. Also getting to this point through this method, while it works is very slow.
I am newer to the online product and have completed the online pro certification but still working within a learning curve. A client has allowed me access to their account and supposedly given me admin clearance as they need me to assist in purchasing and installing a few apps. I click on the app section and it continues to tell me I don't have access. Not sure if there is something we are missing. Help.
Hi, I've purchased the woocommerce sync plugin for Quickbooks, and have started syncing all my transactions over the past 6 months over. However I have a problem since my bank account is also connected it seems to double count these, it also recommends I connect my PayPal account, but then my expenses get double counted since I have a fair few expenses going out of PayPal but being pulled from my bank first. So the expenses are moved from my bank feed and then also my PayPal feed. Any idea on the best way to setup quickbooks when using woocommerce, a bank account and also a PayPal account for both sales and expenses? Thanks Paul
We used Quickbook and Revolut integration for more than a year successfully. Unfortunately in January 2021 because of banking regulation changes we are unable to use the bank account link feature. We receive the following message: "Unfortunately your country is not supported Due to local financial regulation you are not currently able to grant consent to Intuit Limited in your country." (Our company is based in Hungary.) I tried to ask QuickBooks support but they are almost unreachable. Does anyone have a solution for this error?
I can't have the 2nd person install their own copy of the app, as it processes data and posts into QBO, this would lead to errors or duplication.
