We make large weekly payments to suppliers and it takes several hours to prepare payments, post in QBO and then make payments within bank online.Is there any software or app to do this?

I have a client that uses Room Master (innQuest software) for their income - is there a way for the software to integrate with Quickbooks for bookkeeping purposes?
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app to no avail. The app shows a few of our clients, with gaps where the missing ones should be. But I can see all clients on a browser.
I cannot find the option whilst looking myself, nor much information online. I can understand the Spanish, but this is my first time using quickbooks, and would rather learn it in English, as that's the language used by everyone else here in the UK when discussing their finances.
so i recently moved a client onto Quickbooks who has been using GoCardless for some time, i have the accounts connected and have imported all the customers and direct debit mandates. this client will be using the phone app to do the invoicing and i can't see on the mobile where you select to collect the payment by direct debit, is this something that can be done on the mobile app?
We have set up the app that integrates Autotask with QBO. But it appears only one person can use the app. Is that the case? If so, it's very restrictive

The app no longer displays overdue money and cannot access client lists and sort by amount due.
** UK USER**Hi All,I am wanting to delve into detailed reporting and P&L, more so than QBs can provide. I am familiar with PowerBI and have used it before however, I would like to know if there is a recommended alternative that the group can recommend for a UK user, plenty for US etc but looking for UK advice. Many thanks in advance.
